All products are shipped from our third-party logistics partners in China. Delays caused by customs or other factors are not our liability. Ensure your address is accurate; failed deliveries due to incorrect details are non-refundable. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Oliver & Rose London is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics or customs inspections.

SECTION 23 - REFUND POLICY CLARIFICATION

Refunds are only processed in compliance with our Refund Policy. Shipping delays exceeding 45 days may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for other circumstances are handled in accordance with our published policies and subject to strict review.
